sighs npo one reads the first post huh I have the equipment to do it myself In just dont want to I'm more afraid ill just grind the blade down till theres nothing left

Sorry but this is the discipline of steel, it's a poor carpenter who can't sharpen his own saw. So what if you do wear it down, if it cost you too much to risk damaging it, you were robbed. You will get it right long before you do irreparable damage to the blade. Keep the stone wet, and your sharpening stroke clean. Be patient, don't bear down on the blade with all your weight. Take your time, enjoy the simplicity of the action, you might find it as very relaxing.

I personally don't feel wall pieces should be given the edge of a shinken, but to each their own.
