Beginning with the sword still sheathed, the swordsman thrusts his arm outward, flicking the tsuba of the sword with his thumb at the same time. The sword is flung out of the sheath at high speed to strike the opponent. A technique with power on the same order of the Douryūsen. Of course you can to this technique. It is about as specific as saying "Cut the guy with your sword...". That technique exists in a large amount of iaido-kata, just without the "spitting fire thoriugh the dragons butt"-names.
You have two options:
1) Go practice with your uncle and have fun, but don't expect anyone who actually practices something real will give you a big hug when you go to their forums to talk about it.
2) Drop the idea of your own school and start doing some real stuff like kendo, iaido or kenjutsu.
