NE in June is very nice, though a bit nippy up north. Florida in June is hot and sticky. Never been to Las Vegas for more than a couple hours (nor wanted to), so can't comment there.

California is also very nice in June, as is the Southwest (outside of the desert). I'd save the Southeast for winter.
