I was never allowed lego either, only poxy barbie. I used to go to my friends house and play with her brother's lego. I loved it!!!

Now that Im an adult I can finally appreciate how excruciating teading on a lego piece right under the arch of a bare foot can be, at night in the dark on the way to the loo..... as a kid I never got why adults would winge about that so much...
