Having just a couple of years ago retired from a 20 year "career" (?) associated with customer service, satisfaction, and problem resolution (albeit in the supply chain realm of the chemical industry) I am compelled to comment;

The difficulty in trying to define "the worst customer service" is somewhat complicated by the fact the concept seems no longer to exist anywhere on the planet. It most certainly does not exist in "big business". You get better service and greater value for your money from your local barber than you do from any large business concern.

But remember, where you spend your money is up to you. We have grown into a culture that is satisfied with figuring out "who will screw me the least". And it don't have to be that way. Okay, lecture over. Sorry. Time for another blue pill...
