Well... I did, but it didn’t last long... We have daily Kendo training at 6:00AM at my dojo... It was the only reason I started going to bed at 23:00... After a week doing this I did it... But I need to wake up at 5:30 and drink a good cup of coffee to be alert and full of energy at 6:00.

Ah... And I don't eat much before the training... Just a banana or a bread slice and chocolate milk.

Unfortunately... I can't sleep at 23:00 anymore because of work... So sometimes I go to dojo with 4 hours of sleep or even without sleep...
