I was wondering if anyone here had successfully made themselves into a morning person? And I dont mean just going to bed on time so you can get up. I generally go to bed at the same time, relatively early (10-11pm), and fall asleep easily. But getting up is hard. And by hard I mean I GODDAMN HATE IT. I will wake up at around 3-4am to go to the loo or whatever, and feel pretty alert, then drift back off to sleep. By the time my alarm goes off at 7, Im in a deep sleep and forcing myself up out of bed is awful. Im a zombie. Id love o be able to go jogging in the mornings, or turn up to a saturday morning kendo training with a bit of energy, instead of waking up after being hit 12 times. Has anyone here successfully become a morning person?
