Some idiot I know got up at 4:45 on saturday to go to morning practice...

I read that one this morning, unfortunately it seems to be something that would work for people who dont feel like they get enough sleep. Thats not a problem for me.

My problem is the grumpy-wake me and Ill scratch out your eyes-I dont care if the shower/light/music is on Ill sleep through it-mood Im in in the mornings. As for the polyphasic thing - Ive tried it and having naps makes me groggy and grumpy.....
