For more years than I care to remember, I used to get up at 5.00 am Tue - Fri, but on weekends I got to sleep in until 5.20 am .

The only advice I'd give is find/join a group of people you can train with, it's a lot easier to meet a comitment with other people verses train by yourself.

The other thing is, get used to it now, once winter arrives it takes on a whole new meaning !!!! BTW you'll also need -

1 A good expresso machine
2 Accept that fact that by noon, your only thinking about sleeping
3 The fact that you leave parties when they start to get going cause you need to sleep

Outside of that - it's not that hard
