On the subject of tasers.

I am reliably informed that one of the Police trainers on the use of Tasers got a colleague to use one on him so he could more accurately describe what happens to the Perp. when it is used on them.

Aren't British Police wonderful? And can't you all sleep more soundly knowing this?
