I'm sure if you search for it you can find one. If you are that concerned, start your own petition and thread.
Dolphins don't destroy everything around them, I for one would like to keep them around.

* EDIT: Meant for Kenzan
I am simply stating that I think there's a disparity in priorities.
It's a bit hard to get riled up about Dolphins or Seal Pups getting killed when there's other humans getting killed horribly to consider first.
-All this save the whales, dolphins, rainforest, etc..stuff while fashionable and P.C., almost never leads to a satisfying conclusion.

Now let's just accept the fact that neither humans, nor whales, or the artic shelf or any other Greenpeace prop piece crap will be saved, and what is more true is that the Earth and everything on it is headed for the big, oily plastic container in the sky, because the honest truth is, our population will ourgrow our ability to produce resources to sustain it, and I don't see anyone jumping in line to be "thinned out". In fact, the vast majority of people are mostly apathetic to these types of situations, and it is only when the problem affects them directly do they get involved. I think that signing a petition isn't going to do it.
Yes, it's logically and ethically wrong to kill Dolphins.
But someone is doing it because there's money in it somewhere.
It might be fair to sat that the solution to these types of things is always the same:
Hit them in the wallet. Only then will they stop.
~as George Carlin once said, "The Earth don't need savin', WE DO!" and the Earth has always got a way of thinning out overpopulated species, and if anyone is ripe for the thinnin', it's us.
