against the contrary, i say do 1000 suburi everyday. Regardless of what level you are, if you are in the kyu grade, your arms will get tired and that means you are using certain parts of your arms too much. doing 1000 of them as many as you can at one time, (provide with rest in between "sets") you will get rid of your bad habbits and in time you will learn the proper way of striking. if someone were to tell you when you take your first step as an infant .."don't walk just yet, because u might develop bad habbit" are you going to listen to that shit?
