I'd call it 鷹頭 - Takagashira. That actually sounds like it could be a place in Japan. Just a personal preference though.

Taka no atama and Taka no kashira have the same kanji.
Thanks. Was going to ask Yamazaki Sensei too if I got he chance. We were trying to figure out what we might call our dojo if we get one going when we move there (there is a possiblity of converting a barn for a purpose built dojo but that's a pretty remote possibility at the moment).

Taka no atama and Taka no kashira having the same kanji explains why I couldn't find what I'd done with the kanji then
