Round about the diaphragm, the bottom of my ribs on the sides was where it started and then spread to my chest. Now it is just sore on my left pectoral. After my third course of anti-biotics it is beginning to shift but I sneezed this afternoon which was killer. A good few days of ibuprofen as well to reduce the inflammation.
Kinda rings the bell in where i could feel it, and where it was reaching too, by the doctor.

I however do NOT believe in medicines, as i believe them to be artificial. I just have natural stuff, like the fruits off the trees, the vegetables, the natural rest, etc.

Good ol soup is great too.

It was uncomfortable during stretches but I don't recall it lessening after them and it certainly wasn't as low down as yours. Today i did more, and it is actually completely nearly gone

I took another test, and i am running at 95% lung capacity WITHOUT the need of medicines and those asthma breathing things. So yeah i am happy, and it was all due to lots of water, rest, and natural foods and drinks. Also i had to miss out on the friday night parties and stuff ahhahaha so i guess that helped too.

i hope your getting better though.
