"I however do NOT believe in medicines..."

I find no harm in medicine. If something artificial is going to help cure a disease, you bet I will take it. I find there are just some problems with medicine. I don't remember who said it, but why is it that anyone can get all the viagra they want and more but we can't get medicines we actually need to people who need them.

I remember Bono saying he thought it was shocking you could get a nice cold bottle of coca cola anywhere in Africa, but anti-retrovirals or even paracetamol were nowhere to be found...

As a side note, not only do I believe in medicines, I've even seen one!
