You can never try on hakama before buying it, but they can certainly hold it up and see if it's the right lenght the only one I know of is in Melbourne: http://onlinekendo.com.au/htm/home.php

Kind of guessed it would not be able to test hakama, but feeling and seeing before buying is also nice. I was actually most intersted in gi.
