First a caveat: I do not condone or approve of the IRA bombings in any way.

There is a difference. As a general rule, the IRA notified the government before the bombs were detonated. I think the theory was to limit civilian causualties but to maximize disruption.

They're the same scum, willing to kill innocents for their petty little so-called 'struggles'.
