Its the one located in Queen Elizabeth Stadium/Sports hall. If you are familiar with Time Square; Exit the Causeway bay station exit at times Square, walk past the Cinema entrance(Calvin Klein should be on your right and Time Sq on your left) and keep going until you reach the main road with the overpass highway. Cross over to the other side of the road and then turn left and walk up it. The hall is about 200 or so metres further up.

Or you can catch a cab and follow the club members after training to get your bearings.
