I didn't see any advice on how to run away.

Run like a squirrel is a much utilised self defence technique practiced by many nations but perfected by the Scots.

I only put the Scots because my Scottish wifey person was nosing over my shoulder.

Oh, now I have to get a life apparently. Yes dear. And something about doing it myself for a month.
