Gekkiken can really only be swallowed warm, IMHO, and even then it leaves a bit of ethyl aftertaste. But don't get me wrong, it's a good brand for the price, and if you're a student on a budget it's something to set your standard to.

The only other brands available here are Ozeki, which is slightly cheaper but a bit worse, and Fuki, which is a bit more expensive but verrrry smoth and a good amount of flavor (they also make plum wine).
