That Youtube video was great - I need some small shinai's like that (#2, who is three yrs old likes using my shoto bokuto, but my wife is afraid she'll practice her men's on her two younger sisters ...). *if there is a lurker out there who thinks she gets to use it while not being supervised I'm sure you'd be more than willing to volunteer to make sure she is striking properly with it*
