Don't compare yourself to a 9yr old, his development path will be totally different to yours.
And try not to be to hard on yourself when looking at the progression of the guys in there 20s.

Everyone one has strengths and weaknesses. The strength of a someone who is 45 is different to someone who is 9 or 20. Using your strengths will help balance the playing field.
