Hi Brian,

I used to live in Taipei, near the old financial district (Ming Sheng E. Road / Tun Hwa N. Road). I am not too familiar with San Chung City as I have always been a city boy :P However, if you get a chance you should try to visit Shudokan (修道館)(near the CKS Memorial Hall), Taipei Dojo (台北道館)(near Longshan Temple) and/or Songshan Dojo (松山劍道館)(near Songshan Airport). You should be able to find their address and training schedules online.
