Not really. He will just be able to make everybody's text blue, but what he wants is for his posts to stand out by colour. I'm not aware of anything that will let you do that without the rest of the world also seeing your posts in a different colour.

I suspect it could be done with a greasemonkey script. You might need a lot of site specific parsing, though.
