Pretty much same. couple of differences are Kumdo doesn't do sonkyo and using blue flag during shiai instead of red flag. Terminilogies are translated to Korean. That is all...

If you want more, check out this movie. This is documentary about Korean Kumdoka who lost his hands while he was working at the factory. It is about his story who goes to regional competition. Great story, sorry it is in Korean...

Sorry, I don't know much about Korean kumdo. Do you use the same style japanese bogu in this sport? Men, kote, do, shinai, etc?
Just curious.
