so i have been told i have shoulder impingement. been going to physical theropy for last two months and it's actually getting worse and not better.

i'm going to go see my doctor to see what other options i have. reading on the web, other option is some shot thing and last option is surgery.

has anyone had surgery for this type of issue? if so how long did it take to get back to kendo?
