What is an RTO?

I presume you are in NSW? Here it seems to be a scam whereby at some point, they convinced the State Government that they were the arbiters of training etc. Now it's impossible to get a venue without insurance and most insurance for MA is sold by these groups.

Of course, you have to go through their training courses to get the insurance at a "Discount".

It stinks.
