I guess the only thing that I would ask is what you plan on getting out of doing so many suburi. Is it just a pride thing to allow you to say that you were able to build up to that amount at once? Is this to improve your strikes? It's a pretty lofty goal to get to, but the hardest part is knowing what's supposed to be at the end of the road.
I'm hoping it'll teach me to stay relaxed when I cut. When I get tired during practice I tense up - I'd like to try and fix that. If it gets too difficult I'll probably stop increasing it, but the thought behind it was "If I did 1000 yesterday, I can do 1000 today. And then when I've done that, I can do just ten more."

I know it's a ridiculous number to aim for, but it's not so much the final target as what I'll (hopefully) learn along the way. If nothing else, my suburi should improve.
