I also knew of Mr. Scanlon from his attendance of a few AUSKF Iaido Camps. He also visited Southern California at least once and practiced iaido at Norwalk Kendo Dojo during one of his visits. He was a good man and will be missed. Condolences to his friends and family and rest in peace.
