I saw the video you posted and no it is nothing like that, it looks more like kendo than sabre fencing but you can fight with one or two hands it's up to you. I don't think that video was very good.
he looked funny to me. kind of like a geek.

but did you see how many people were in his class. there is a hugh group of people who want to fence
with lightsabres. And people who fence can bring that skill to the lightsabre fight and win with ease.
that class would be cannon fodder or banta fo do vs a fencer
