Hmmmm, helping out on an iai coaching course today and a discussion came up about the types of people who studied various budo and had an 'arty' flair.

The percentage of people in the room who did something creative for a living or in their spare time was extremely high - so I thought I'd ask here!

Q1 - what is your (main) martial art study?
Q2 - are you artistic?
Q3 - if 'yes', in what capacity?

Q1: Kendo, fencing, karate and jodo
Q2: Sometimes
Q3: I enjoy photography and when I actually get time creative writing. I've had stuff published for both.

But the way I deal with problem solving and work is very logical rather than creative.
