That case is so weird.

I can't say they were proper in Tasering the girl, but this might be the arm shock, not the barbed gun thing.

It is sad on so many levels. not the least of which a 15 year old preggers. (16 year old with kid...)....

You only hope the kid is getting what it needs to grow up healthy.
