One termed I've learned while reading this topic:
Nashi
What's up with them?
It's a Kremlin financed youth group that means "ours" in english. It's basically a collection of ultra nationalist crazy youth's used to harass groups and individuals not beholden to the Kremlin. They have no ideology or for the most part like United Russia they just support whatever Kremlin wants them to support.
There's another group called Oborona (Defense) which is made up of people who want to defend whatever freedoms and democracy is left in Russia it doesn't have a leader and is a real grassroots organization that Kremlin is trying to irradicate.

Basically Kremlin saw what was going on in Ukraine, Georgia etc. and created it's own youth groups which fight aggressively to prevent genuine opposition from taking hold.
Kremlin's Nashi, United Russia's Molodaya Gvardia etc. were created to counter Oborona and real pro-democratic groups.
What happened in Ukraine and Georgia scared the bejesus out of the Kremlin, so everything is done to prevent a color revolution in Russia.
