I have very little to contribute to this topic (so far), but I would like to interrupt for a moment:

WebErr- you once asked me to correct your English if I saw something glaring or peculiar -- and if I felt pedantic.

Twice I have seen this:
...my English is ugly...
"Ugly" is rarely used in this context. Change the word to "terrible".

"Terrible" may not seem like the right word (to you) -- but "My English is terrible" is a long-established colloquialism that foreigners to the U.S. use.

That said, your English is not as bad as that. Your English is "limited".

...dirty PR-methods... "Dirty" implies "corrupt in an underhanded way." Did you mean to say that?

Perhaps you meant "sensational". You may want to study the word "sensational", because it is used often, especially with respect to journalism, advertising and PR.

That is all. I will go back to reading what you and Eugenious and Zippy have to say.
