I was at "Grand Central Station" in the middle of New York City.

I was picking up my girl arriving from Canada via Amtrak. (my first time in the Amtrak station)

I asked 2 police officers "Excuse, can you direct me to where train 464 is arriving from Toronto?"

They replied "you can find out at the silver desk to your right, Merry Christmas"

I go over to the desk. There is a transit worker sitting there. I say "Hi, can you tell me when train 464 will be arriving". The worker replies "in bout 20 minutes".

I follow with "Okay, great. And were exactly do I go to meet that train when it arrives?"

Snottly he replies says "In 20 minutes" in a raised voice.

Puzzled, I reply "Yes, I understand its 20 minutes, but where do I go to actually meet her as she exits the train?"

Again he replies "In twentyyyyyyyyyy- minutessssssss".

I follow with "I heard the first 3 times, do you have a communication problem sir?"

He stands up like he wants to fight me and says "You'b gottab problemb?" Then quickly glances left at the cops then backs down.

The has to be a resource for targeting this conduct
