Amtrak trains don't arrive at Grand Central. Are you sure you were in Grand Central? Please excuse me error, it was "Penn Station".

Also, not to be rude, but why didn't you just look for the track number on the arrivals monitors? Your point is noted but irrelevant.

That employee is there for customer aid. Why didn't he do his job correctly?

It was my first time in that station BTW.....
