I think NYers should be permitted to throw anything within reach at any SUV stuck in traffic that blares it horn.

It's almost always an asshole with NJ plates sitting all alone behind the wheel frustrated that the city won't get out of his way.

People driving Hummers should just be pulled out of the vehicle amd beaten to death.
