Is it possible he did that without drugs across 4 Olympics. You win it all if you get that 5% edge over the best in the world. So they still train like crazy. If everyone is using something and has their own personal chemist, I totally understand someone saying the playing field includes drugs and I want to compete on the same leveled ground.
