Agree - also having the referee explain the penalty (as in American Football - "Pass Interference, Number 56, Defence, half the distance to the goal line, still first down") or even having it displayed would be good.

So long as they don't start bringing out the 1st down chains when someone gains a meter...

But yeah...I can follow "attack, parry-riposte off target" in French, but the longer exchanges are way beyond me.
