I say when considering the CIA it is better to stick to the REAL STUPIDITY they have been involved in.

Not Ghost, Goblins, Research Balloons in New Mexico that Idiots in the Media Reported as "Space Aliens".

Here is one for you, it is called the "Remote Viewing Project"

It really is amazing the US actually "Won" the cold war.

No accounting for intelligence on the part of the CIA for that one though.

Project Stargate is a HUGE field of research for me. The fact that so many people claim PSI events in their lives, over the previous thousands of years, tells me that there is something happening. My observations of the universe tells me that there is nothing "supernatural", that everything has a cause that is possibly lacking in understanding from us.

So the work of Hal Puthoff, et al, intrigues me to no end. Ingo Swann, in particular, has piqued my interest the most. His model for what causes PSI abilities/events resonates as well considered and highly plausible.

Have you read it? I know his book Penetration seems kind of "woo" in the second half However, reading the contents of his website gave me a whole new viewpoint on his possible credibility.
