In 1917, 3 shepherd children said that Mary appeared to them May 13 and that Mary said that she would appear again to them on the 13th of future months.

One thing they noticed is that seconds before her appearance, they saw a single bolt of lightning in the sky east of the apparition site; then a ball of cloud floated from the eastern sky towards them and settled above the holmoak tree with Mary inside the ball of cloud. Mary talked to them but only the girls Jacinta and Lucia could see or talk to or hear her. The boy, Franciso could not see nor talk to nor hear her because he stole a portuguese coin, something like america's ten cents. It was only in later months--- after praying many rosaries as instructed by Mary that Francisco was able to see and hear her.

June 13, July 13, September 13, October 13 Mary appeared again to the 3 children, AND ALWAYS PRECEEDED BY A SINGLE BOLT OF LIGHTNING IN THE EASTERN SKY. September 12, the crowd of onlookers was 40,000 people. October 13, the crowd was 70,000 people. They all waited to see if that single bolt of lightning will happen exactly at noon, 12:00 Portuguese Local time. AND THE LIGHTNING ALWAYS DID EXACTLY 12:00 NOON.

This is in the internet as well as in copyrighted and non-copyrighted very old writings, newspapers and books all over the world that go back to 1917 which was 90 years ago.

For your information, one of the things foretold by Mary to these 3 illiterate shepherd children was that Czarist Russia would turn atheist and would spread her errors to many countries in the world. This happened!!!! A number of you here who say that you are atheists are proof and fruits of this atheism. Another thing foretold by Mary is that if her requests are granted, Russia will return back to God. This is yet to be fulfilled. But the initial marks are there. Because sometime 1990, the eastern block russian satellite nations of the USSR seceeded from the USSR without the US firing a single missile. Later, states within the USSR also seceeded. Soon the state of Russia was all alone. THE MIGHTY USSR WAS NO MORE!!!!
