What I got from the NORAD tapes was that until members actually saw planes hit on their TV's they thought was an exercise. Interesting Stuff. I like the ladies talking about it being an actual hijacking, and one of them saying..."cool!".

Understandable as no one issed the "Stand down from Drill" order.
