Asus M3A76-CM mobo
AMD 780 Chipset
AMD Athlon 7500 Black Edition @ 2700 Mhz
4096 Physical Memory (2x2048 DDR2-SDRAM)
AMD 760G Video

Is that enough???

Yes but the Video card is weak. I thought that mobo had a built in Chipset for a ATI Radeon 3000?

I would get a mid range or high end video card for that system. And as pointed out above you'll need to fresh install. (Which is what I would recommend even it you could upgrade.)
