It looks like thats just a normal windows update. It is probabally a good idea to just instally it, but if you dont want to, you can disable automatic updates by clicking start>control panel>automatic updates and disabling it there. But keep in mind, and new security flaws that are discovered in windows will remain in place on your computer. And I think I can safely say this isnt at all related to your 5G update
