Spontaneous Reboots usually indicate a power problem. How good is your power supply. Also would you know a leaky capacitor looks like? Bad caps are an all too common problem.

If you don't want the expense of a whole new setup do a froogle or pricegrabber search on your motherboard. You may find an exact replacement cheap. (or one that can accept your hardware.)
