You're right Kay. And Jack has broken the rules:

5) Advertising of your business or service can be done in the “Business” section. No advertising of any kind allowed on any other forum. You can post your items for sale under the Open Garage Sale section of the forum. Mention of businesses is allowed in your signatures, however if it looks like spam then it may be deleted without notice. As for sending a letter to Jack in the Box, I would let Clay(dead)/Matt or Josh take care of that.
