Florida rejected billions in Obamarail funds a while back. Keep rejecting their money, America.

Florida's Gov. Scott admits well, I might have been wrong on that one, as his attorney admits "my facts were wrong." The attorney represented Scott in a lawsuit before the Supreme Court denying he had purposely withheld appropriated funds on high speed rail. Scott claimed he had spent $110 to $130 million of the federal money, when in fact, he had spent only $31 million.
