So he was seen once checking out an iPad in the Oval Office and a whole pile of conspiracy theories pile up.

The only fact is that he was seen holding an iPad, no word on whether he owned it, whether it's a iPad or a newer iPad 2.

And for what it's worth, Apple distributes dozens of loaner products to journalists, partners, artists, business leaders and very likely, political leaders. That all happens completely outside the retail loop.
