Definitely 'chopped. You assume it's a faked shot? Just like that? I've got the "911 In Plane Sight" video (and yes, "plane" is spelled that way on purpose) and it has this segment in it. Dave von Kleist swears all the footage for this video came to him from fans who saw it live on TV and managed to capture it on video. As some of you may be aware, there is alot of stuff shown that day that was never aired on television again.
