Zogby is an outlier in this week's numbers. The numbers on their online polls like this one tend to be really volatile. Their phone polls tend to fall in line with general polling consensus.

Historically, Obama's approval rating is tracking slightly above recent presidents who won re-election. For the week of Nov 15-21, Gallup has Obama at 46% approval, compared to Bill Clinton and Ronald Reagan, who were both polling 43% approval this far into their first term.
